Financial Aid

  • All families who are awarded assistance will be required to actively participate in activities to raise funds for the following year’s recipients. Participation in these activities will factor into award considerations in subsequent applications.
  • Financial Aid is available for students in Kindergarten through Grade 8. Exceptions will be made for Preschool students if they have a sibling in Kindergarten through Grade 8.
  • Applicants can apply at  https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. There is an application fee of $45. This fee is paid directly to FACTS Grant and Aid, who processes our applications.
  • Once we have received notification from FACTS that you are in the process of applying for financial aid, you will receive an email with a link to send to your pastor/church. We ask that all financial aid applicants send a Church Tuition Assistance Request form to their church before tuition assistance is finalized, so that the church can return it to us by the second Monday in April, before the financial aid application deadline. Since we seek to work in partnership with churches so that we can help families afford Christian education, this form will help us foster that relationship. We have seen throughout the years how God provides for families that He calls to HCA, as they put their trust in Him, even when the logic of the world says the finances may not work. It is exciting to see how He provides in sometimes unexpected ways!
  • Families must apply each year to be considered for an award, and awards will be based on current year applications; families might not receive the same award each year.
  • Award decisions are made by the HCA School Committee and will be reviewed on an individual basis.
  • Any appeals must be submitted via email to the School Committee for consideration
