We love parent involvement!

A school service fee per family is charged each year and added to the family’s FACTS Tuition account. There is an opportunity to have this fee reimbursed by completing the expected number of service hours (based on the current grade of the family’s oldest enrolled child). 

Here are a few ways to complete your family’s service hours. Click on the links below to sign up. Links will be updated as opportunities are availble.

• Nature Explore Help
• Gardening Helpers – great opportunity at arrival or dismissal time, or any time you have a few moments to spare
• Parent Teacher Council
• Food Safety Committee – a committee of parents who would like to help manage food safety at Big Days, to ensure care given to students with allergies.
• Garden Committee Service Opportunity
• Parent Admissions Liaison

• Teacher Appreciation Week Planning Committee

• Feed The Need Packing Party
• Christmas Shoppe set up, shop helpers, clean up crew

Submit this completed Service Hours Tracking Form (2025-2026) (printable) to the school office when you have reached your family’s total expected hours or by July 31.

New for 2026-2027 school year – you can save your own Google Sheets Self-Calculating Form and update through the year, or print out a report form hard copy. If you make a copy of the self-calculating form, be sure to bookmark it for yourself and return to your copy to update.
